**The Opportunity**:
The **Manager, Ethics and Compliance Program** will provide support with the management of global ethics and compliance initiatives. They will coordinate the worldwide implementation of program initiatives and controls across all ethics and compliance pillars and the worldwide WSP workforce of 50,000+ employees. They will work closely with executive Ethics and Compliance leadership to support the management of the global program notably related to ethical culture and compliance with anti-corruption, privacy, fair competition, and trade controls laws.

**A day in the life**:
**Culture, training and communications**
- Manage and coordinate Ethical Culture assessments linked to ethics, anti-corruption risk assessments and ongoing risk reviews.
- Coordinate the development, with training platform developers and instructional designers, of the annual online Code of Conduct training course, deployed in multiple languages and through multiple training platforms.
- Develop, implement, and track targeted training initiatives, including anti-corruption, anti-fraud or similar training, to include e-learning, micro-training modules, and live training sessions.
- Coordinate and manage the deployment of global training initiatives as well as track completion rates and status of implementation by region, country and subgroup as required.
- Coordinate the development, translation, implementation and status of the ethics and compliance awareness communications plan.
- Coordinate and measure effectiveness of global ethics and compliance management strategies and communications initiatives.

**Policies, processes and reporting**
- Draft, update and maintain a portfolio of corporate-level ethics and compliance policies, related awareness messaging, supporting guidance and intranet posting.
- Maintain systems, processes, procedures, and tools related to the ethics and compliance function, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with technology development team for coordination of updates and improvements.
- Coordinate third party vetting reviews and source inquiries in conjunction with the vetting group and global Procurement.
- Assist in engagement with the global Procurement function and global ERP team on the implementation and maintenance of ethics and compliance factors in Procurement and ERP tools and operations.
