Locally owned retail liquor store looking for a customer service associate to join our team

We are looking for team players who want to grow along with us and create an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will enjoy variety in your day, engaging with customers, assisting with merchandising displays, replenishing merchandise and processing purchases at the cash register. All this while working as part of a team to help us create an enjoyable, positive place to shop and work each day.

Our team is committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service by:

- Engaging with our customers by greeting everyone and assisting with all aspects of customer service, in a positive and cheerful manner
- Merchandising in the most attractive, easy-to-find manner, so that our customers find what they need right when they need it, with no fuss or frustration
- Handling transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.

To be successful, they will be able to work with mínimal supervision, interact well with customers and other team members, and will possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to re-prioritize workload and adapt to changing circumstances.

**Requirements**:

- Strong English skills;
- Criminal record check;
- Must be 19+ years of age;
- Must have Serving it Right certification or willingness to obtain at no cost to you.
- Must be able to bend, reach and stand for long periods of time without issue;
- Must be able to lift 20-40 lbs. on a regular basis without issue;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fort Qu'Appelle, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
