Reporting to the Project Producer, you will be responsible for managing a team's daily and organizational operations under your supervision, ensuring the transmission of the overall vision of titles and quality requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage the progress of projects in depth regularly to ensure that the team achieves objectives on time. Maintain effective communication and coordination with all departments involved, whether within the playing team or with the support teams.
- Convert short and long-term development plans into concrete actions for all functions (artistic, design, technical, and QA).
- Establish deliverables, quality objectives, and key milestones in a roadmap and a schedule, supported by development strategies.
- Develop workflows and pipelines.
- Anticipate risks and put action plans in place to overcome them.

**Experiences & Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in a Production role, ideally in the Video Game industry;
- Experience in project planning and management, with Agile, and Scrum production methods;
- Baccalaureate or professionalequivalence;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
- Experience with JIRA and/or other task and bug management software;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
