Onsite Technical Support Analyst

**Responsibilities**:
- This position is for a Professional IT onsite support agent for a client where you will be stationed most or all of the time
- The client is located at Yonge and the 401, close to Yorkmills Station
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, and electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Criminal background check required
- Valid Covid-19 Vaccination required
- Able to work flexible hours
- Able to be on call in a rotation during the weekend or evenings
**Beneficial Experience**:
- Microsoft 365, Azure and InTune
- Supporting Windows 10 & Office Applications
- Supporting macOS using JAMF
- Understanding of ITIL and its principles
- ServiceNow or other Service Management tools
- ConnectWise Manage & Automate
- PC and Mac imaging and configuration
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
