A Maze N Fun Inc. is seeking an self-motivated and energetic individual who loves to work as part of a constant changing team. This specific role is the base of our operations and helps coordinate schedules, sales, staff, and much more

Responsibilities include:

- updating calendar when bookings are confirmed
- creating contracts, sending quotes and taking bookings
- answering calls and controlling callendars
- filing documents, scanning, and light bookkeeping
- other clerical and administrative duties as needed
- ensure customer service is always the top priority
- enjoy working with a team
- be able to adjust dynamically to different scenarios and situations
- be a critical thinker and have excellent problem solving skills
- be familiar with technology, including online booking systems, payment processing, etc..
- have excellent verbal and written English skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.50 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
