**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning and Performance, the Manager, Planning and Performance, will focus on improving process, communication, tracking, monitoring, and reporting for the organization. Manager, Commercial Planning and Performance, Marketing will drive for visibility on initiatives resulting in transparency and accountability for the Marketing and Trade Marketing Teams.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop standardized reporting to be completed and automated in a consistent and timely manner for daily, weekly, and period KPI’s;
- Support in the annual budgeting, account plan process & monthly LE (Latest Estimate) process
- GS1 administration and management for the Commercial Team
- Manage overall Marketing Budget
- Organize and manage total branded asset library
- Help with the training and on-boarding of the Commercial Team;
- Support development of content for semi-annual meetings for the Commercial Team;
- Support and improve reporting required for Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings
- Maintain Product Information (PI) Sheets and SharePoint images for the Commercial Team
- Maintain Product Catalogues for National Brands, Customer Brands and Food Service
- Support Senior Vice President and office management.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred;
- Minimum 1 year experience in a business or marketing role;
- Superior analytical and communication skills
