**Who we are**:
We are currently looking for a part time **Administrative/Accounting Clerk** to work on site at our 1920 Yonge St, Toronto, ON location.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Providing timely and accurate administrative support
- Act as first point-of-contact for visitors and guests
- Assisting with mail management as required
- Assist staff in photocopying and scanning needs as required
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Make travel arrangements (hotels, flights, car rentals, etc.) for employees
- Arrange shipment pickups and deliveries - local & other
- Assist with employee training days (Sign-in, equipment pickup)
- Ensure the tidiness and order of the office space and filing
- Assist the Payroll department by monitoring and organizing expense reimbursements while sending them out for executive approval
- Assist Payables group with coding and organizing vendor invoices and weekly vendor payments
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary school or equivalent (required)
- Administrative experience (Preferred
- Experience/knowledge in finance and accounting considered an asset
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize role responsibilities and manage high volumes of information effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Able to deal with people professionally at all times
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Follows policies and procedures when completing tasks
