We are seeking a skilled, agile videographer to follow a dynamic CEO and capture day-to-day moments for a reality-style documentary series. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands storytelling, and can capture authentic, unscripted content.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow and film a CEO during meetings, events, travel, home life, and daily operations
- Capture high-quality, documentary-style footage (handheld, run-and-gun)
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to execute the creative vision, story flow, and visual direction
- Anticipate key moments and adapt quickly to changing environments
- Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
- Work with the creative team to ensure visual consistency and strong storytelling

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience in documentary, reality TV, vlog-style, or branded content
- Proficient with video equipment (camera, tripod, lighting, microphone)
- Strong handheld shooting skills and eye for storytelling
- Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and composition
- Comfortable filming long days and unpredictable schedules
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction
- Willingness to travel (short notice at times)
- Willing to sign an NDA; background check / CRC required

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Editing skills (Capcut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects)
- Experience with motion graphics, captions, or color grading
- Experience following high-profile individuals
- Background in social media content or YouTube series production

**Compensation**

Competitive, based on experience(Day rate or project-based - to be discussed)
