**Position Title**:Commercial Account Manager
**Reports to**: VP, Network Operations and Development

As a Commercial Account Manager at Novus, your responsibilities will include: Working closely with management, sales and marketing, construction and ISP teams to develop and represent the Novus’ commercial product portfolio for the purpose of providing commercial type data services to mainly commercial and business entities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and nurture relationships with businesses within Novus’ service area
- Meet with prospective customers to discuss their needs and recommend personalized services to suit individual business requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions
- Collect customer information and enter it into the database in a timely manner
- Promote and maintain the organization’s brand image and identity within the marketplace
- Responsible for business development with existing and potential commercial customers
- Determine, achieve and strive to exceed sales objectives and goals as outlined with supervisors
- Conduct work in accordance with the practices, policies and objectives of Novus
- Meet financial goals
- Complete a variety of financial reports for management
- Conduct and develop quarterly and annual account reviews in order to effectively manage accounts
- Be part of a team creating packages for commercial and business services
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school Diploma
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Skilled at assessing customer needs and delivering solutions
- Experience selling multiple products/services
- Working knowledge of commercial telecommunications services
- Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills
- A team player but can also work independently with minimum supervision
- A people person with an outgoing, and positive personality that shines through
- Highly organized with exceptional customer service skills and have a strong attention to detail
- An analytical thinker and an excellent ability to take initiative and prioritize
- Goal oriented and thrive working in a fast paced, rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
- Positive and outgoing, comfortable communicating with multiple departments and outside entities
- Must possess a valid BC driver’s license and your own transportation
- Proficient in MS programs (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
**You are**:
- An excellent communicator with strong oral and written skills
- A team player but can also work independently with minimum supervision
- Highly organized and have a strong attention to detail
- An analytical, proactive thinker - you have the excellent ability to take initiative and prioritize
- Goal oriented and thrive working in a fast paced, rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
