**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop interactive, user-friendly sales-oriented learning modules and training programs that address product functionalities, updates, and best practices.
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for internal teams.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training materials based on feedback and industry best practices.
- Create supporting materials such as user guides, video tutorials, assessments, and certification programs.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and other key metrics.

**About You**
- Proven experience as a technical trainer, instructional designer, or in a similar role.
- Experience in designing and developing e-learning content, tutorials, and technical documentation.
- Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and training development software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing needs.
- Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools.

**Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
