Toronto, Canada Katalyst Licensing & Promotions Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Setting and managing project timelines/ work-back schedules
- Maintaining contact reports
- Developing monthly status updates
- Managing various approval processes
- Budget management
- Schedule and coordinate courier and shipping
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years experience working in a professional office environment
- College and/or university education, preferably sales, marketing or business related
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project workflows simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office required (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
