Team Lead, Logistics & Fulfillment

**Team Lead, Logistics & Fulfillment in Montreal**

**Role/Purpose**:
The Logistics Coordinator works in our Logistics Depot in Montreal, Quebec province, and oversees the work of the Logistics QC Controller, and all Fulfilment Specialists.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
- As directed assists in packing products to ship necessary items
- Cross trained on inventory job duties
- Work with the Logistics Manager to strategically manage and organize the warehouse in compliance with company's policies ad vision
- Maintains inventory of shipping supplies
- Creates all shipping labels
- Communicates regularly with FedEx
- Uploads and maintains the Shipping Tracking Reports SharePoint
- Configures and uploads the EOD report before leaving for the day
- Part of the **shipping logistics** distribution list that deals with various issues
- As directed, responds to, and resolve complaints and problems
- Monitors inbound and outgoing deliveries
- As directed, research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Experience working with electronic data
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Must be computer literate
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Able to list and/or maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Able to bend, stoop, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
