Jr. Stem Camp Instructor

**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Instructor to join our educational team at Little Medical School Niagara. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong interest in education or health sciences and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners. The Junior Instructor will work closely with experienced educators to support the development and learning of children, fostering an engaging and supportive environment.

**Duties**
- Assist in planning and implementing STEM curriculum and activities that promote learning and development for children.
- Assist in the setup and preparation for the daily programming, as well as clearing the space at the end of classes.
- Provide individualized support to students, helping them grasp concepts and enhance their skills.
- Engage with children in a positive manner, encouraging participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead instructors on areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to create a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills.

**Qualifications**
- A strong interest in education or health sciences is preferred.
- Experience working with children, whether through tutoring, teaching, or volunteer work.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to educate and inspire young learners through creative teaching methods.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Willingness to learn from experienced instructors and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
