**Who You Are**
**Qualification Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Legal Administration, Human Resources, or Library Sciences with some experience in administrative positions
- Experience and knowledge of records management in general
- Effective communicator both orally and written
- Ability to proficiently organize and manage a large number of files and information concurrently
- Extensive working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
- Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail and ability to precisely follow policies and procedures, along with effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work across various departments and establish strong working relationships
- Ability to develop and manage various stakeholder expectations
- Understand electronic records and knowledge of long-term preservation issues
