Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve IT issues across various devices (desktops, laptops, servers, tablets, cell phones).
- Diagnose and resolve minor network issues.
- Research solutions and troubleshoot client issues.
- Document configurations and resolutions thoroughly.
- Mentor and train Tier I Service Technicians.
- Make recommendations for client network improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotations.

Summary of Qualifications & Skills
- Post-secondary education in IT (Systems Administration preferred).
- 3+ years of IT service experience.
- Industry certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency with Desktop and Office suites.
- Experience with server maintenance, active directory, and account creation.
- Strong problem-solving, research, and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Physically able for activities such as lifting heavier equipment (i.e. 30 - 50 lbs), climbing ladders, etc.Valid Class 5 Driver's license is an asset.
