**About the Role**

The analyst will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives such as M&A, financing activities, and process improvements, while also ensuring robust reporting and decision support across divisions.

**Your Responsibilities**

**Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Participate in annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
- Develop and improve forecasting tools and methodologies.
- Integrate market factors (FX, fuel, interest rates) into projections.

**Financial Analysis & Strategy**:

- Conduct profitability and contribution margin analysis.
- Support investment evaluations (CAPEX, ROI) and ad hoc analysis.
- Assist with M&A modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Provide insights to operations, sales, and support teams.

**Financing & Stakeholder Support**:

- Prepare analysis for lenders, shareholders, and partners.
- Support financing activities including equipment and project funding.
- Assist CFO in bank and shareholder presentations.

**Reporting & Presentations**:

- Develop dashboards and report packages (monthly/quarterly).
- Prepare presentations for executives and the Board.
- Ensure commentary and insights are clear, accurate, and actionable.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience.
- CPA designation (in progress or completed) an asset.
- Advanced skills in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex financial data.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluently bilingual (French & English) - English required for communication with ON and US clients.

- Participer à l’élaboration des budgets annuels et des prévisions à long terme.
- Développer et améliorer les outils et méthodologies de prévision.
- Intégrer les facteurs de marché (taux de change, carburant, taux d’intérêt) dans les projections.
- Analyse financière & Stratégie_
- Effectuer des analyses de rentabilité et de marge de contribution.
- Soutenir l’évaluation des investissements (CAPEX, ROI) et les analyses ponctuelles.
- Participer à la modélisation, l’évaluation et la diligence raisonnable dans le cadre de fusions et acquisitions.
- Fournir des informations aux équipes des opérations, des ventes et de soutien.
