**Reports To**:General Manager

**Location**: Edmonton North

The role as an Estimator is to ensure that the customer receives a legendary customer service experience. The Estimator needs to ensure an accurate repair plan and estimated completion date is provided. The Estimator is responsible for client sales and service activities to maximize revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction. Actively seek value-add sales opportunities and maximize gross profit when creating estimates. The Estimator manages communication and contact with clients and insurance partners to ensure client satisfaction. The Estimator works closely with the CSR, production team, and is responsible for providing accurate information to customers and TD in terms of pricing, damage, and estimated time of repair.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of collision repair experience in estimating/sales
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to always work well under pressure and with people professionally

**Salary Range is based on experience and consists of a combination of base salary and on track earning incentive**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
