**Responsibilities**
- Assist in showcasing facilities and all related activity areas to qualified customers
- Provide appropriate information on products and services
- Coordination and facilitation of internal and external events
- Onsite liaison between sales, catering, other WinSport departments and client on set up days/large event days
- Organize event logistics with contracted offsite clients
- Assist client with event rentals, floor plans, and signage
- Prepare and distribute event requirements (event sheets, contracts, audio visual requirements, floor plans)
- Understand and effectively resolve client and internal departments issues
**Qualifications**
- 1 year experience working with small, medium and large scale events, in any capacity.
- High level of energy with strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building and negotiating skills.
- Ensures professionalism and quality in all situations.
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
- Strong customer service focus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Effective people skills and well developed oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels.
- Highly organized, detailed and able to prioritize and work on several events/projects simultaneously while demonstrating flexibility in working with last minute changes.
- Effective follow through skills regarding a multitude of daily administrative and logístical requirements.
**Work Conditions**
- Standard office environment with significant time in front of a computer screen
- Some walking, lifting and pushing of up to 10lbs
- Flexible work times based on business needs
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
