We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Water division and build innovative projects, such as wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, water processing and control plants, and stormwater management. **About the Role**

We have a number of opportunities coming up with our Water division across Canada.

The Co-op Project Coordinator may report to a Senior Project Coordinator or Project Manager. They will be responsible for helping the project team in the coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting and quality control functions.

**As a Co-op Project Coordinator at Graham you will**:

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly labour, equipment, material and subtrade costs.
- Monitor cost accruals and reviews with the Project Manager on a regular basis
- Review and code timesheets to ensure proper cost allocation
- Develop a schedule with the assistance of the Project Manager and assists with the development of schedules. Monitors and updates schedules on a regular basis
- Review and monitor actual construction vs. schedule. Identifying critical paths and keep abreast of manpower loading and materials deliveries
- Submit requisitions for materials and equipment as required for project execution, completing receiving documentation
- Control drawings, drawing records and revisions
- Control site instructions and change orders
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and records of all testing and inspections
- Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions, attends all meetings as required
- Conduct the Client Satisfaction Survey prior to project closeout

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Enrolled in Bachelor of (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical) Engineering, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology Program
- Experience in the construction industry, specifically with a General Contractor is a definite asset
