**Licensed Real Estate Agent For A Team in Durham Region**

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic real estate agent? We are looking for YOU to join our thriving team known for excellence in Durham You will be working out of our head office in Oshawa with access to our 2nd office in Whitby.

**Positions Available**:
Residential Agent
Commercial Agent
Leasing Agent

Training in new home construction and Builder Forms. Possibility to work new homes and sales sites.
We will include some Social Media Ads for you to post on your site, a Team website & Lead Generation supplied from 3rd party outsourced paid by Team Lead

**What We Expect**:
Commitment to training: 3 hours a day
- 4 days a week for lead generation is a MUST
Availability to work 2 weekends a month with open houses
Willingness to fill in for Team Members on holidays

**You are Responsible for**: RECO fee, Board fees, License fee, Insurance & Education
