**What You’ll Do**
- Plan and design programs within the portfolio to successfully deliver on strategic priorities from start to completion.
- Ensure the overall alignment of the portfolio to the strategic direction of the organization and proactively identify and resolve risks and issues between projects.
- Work with leadership to set goals and objectives for priority initiatives, resolve problems between project teams and other internal stakeholders, and design and implement trackable processes for monitoring performance and collaboration.
- Proactively monitor overall progress, including all reporting and coordination of information to develop and maintain the clear status of all corporate priorities.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of individual programs, acting as the agent for the VP, Software for successful delivery as agreed scope, timeline, and cost.
- Ensure the successful delivery of software products and features from conception to launch, adhering to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes overseeing the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and coordinating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Define and implement the governance frameworks for respective projects. Adhere to agile methodologies to coordinate and execute project activities
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree Level Graduate /or/ Industry Standard Qualification (MSP, Prince 2, Six Sigma, etc) Minimum of a BA, MA preferred
- 7-10 years of related experience, with progressive responsibility in program project management working with large corporate clients in a B2B environment
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
- Superior time management skills
- Ability to set and adhere to deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work amidst competing priorities in a fast paced environment

**Bonus Points**
- Experience managing projects on high traffic (5M-10M/month) ecommerce websites and/or online marketplaces
- Experience with dealer CRM development and deployment
- Experience working in a product-led operating model
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred.
