**Position Responsibilities**
- Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels for our warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
- Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. CHRP **an asset.**
- 3+ years of high volume recruiting / talent acquisition experience.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system. Workday experience **an asset.**
- Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms **an asset.**
