Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Coordinator

**Your responsibilities as a HR & TA Coordinator** **at Fix Network**:
- Full cycle recruitment from posting to offer letters for all assigned opportunities.
- Recruit applicants for open positions, making public presentations regarding the organization and job opportunities; coordinate staff participation, set up, and work at job fairs.
- As required, work with external staffing agencies.
- Redact and manage internal communications related to open opportunities, referral bonus, etc.
- Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Utilize the Internet for recruitment, post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
- Support in administering the Temporary Foreign Workers Program, including:
- Keep the TFW tracker up to date
- Ensure follow up with work permit expiration
- Help coordinating welcome packages
- Support in managing Indeed Groups for franchisees.
- Support HR Service team as required.
- Other related duties as required.
- College Diploma in Human Resources or other appropriate field preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- **French** and **English** written and spoken & **Spanish** proficiency, written and spoken
- At least 1 year of related work experience is considered an asset.
- Great negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet departmental targets.
