What you'll be doing

How you'll succeed- Understanding Requirements - Track and analyze the operating environment for specified services and implement corrective actions as needed. Work with clients and internal partners to determine, negotiate, and manage services to the agreed standards. Monitor service levels to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.- People Leadership - Lead and coach a high-performing group team of individuals. Direct, motivate, and develop your team, maximizing their contributions and professional growth. Share knowledge and collaborate to come up with effective solutions to problems.Who you are-
- You are a code quality champion with hands-on experience in Software Design using SOLID Design principles.- You have strong communication skills as you'll work with other cross-functional teams to plan for product and feature development and releases.-
- It’s an Asset if: You have a good understanding of iOS Development (Objective-C, Shift, X-Code) and you have prior experience in the banking domain.- You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field.- You are a bold and authentic leader.
