As an **Inside Sales Representative** at our **Backyard Dream Showroom**, your primary focus will be engaging with customers, providing exceptional sales support, and ensuring a top-tier experience in our showroom. You'll be responsible for greeting customers, driving sales of hot tubs, barbeques, pools, and accessories, as well as managing order tracking and warranty claims. This is a **contract position** from **March 1st to November 30th**, offering an **hourly wage plus commission** based on sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Greeting & Engagement**: Warmly welcome customers to the showroom and offer personalized assistance to help them find the perfect products for their outdoor spaces.
- **Sales Support**: Drive sales by offering expert advice on our product offerings, including hot tubs, barbeques, pools, and accessories, ensuring customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Order Management**: Track customer orders and ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.
- **Warranty Claims**: Assist customers with warranty claims, troubleshooting product issues, and processing returns or replacements as needed.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to provide effective solutions, answer questions, and suggest complementary items.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside your team to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive showroom atmosphere.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
- **Sales Tracking**: Accurately track your sales and performance metrics, with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Sales Experience**: A proven track record in retail or sales, with a passion for selling outdoor living products such as hot tubs, barbeques, and pools.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive customer experience.
- **Customer-Focused**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to track orders, warranty claims, and customer interactions in an organized and efficient manner.
- **Time Management**: Capable of managing multiple customers and tasks while maintaining excellent service standards.
- **Product Enthusiasm**: A genuine interest in outdoor living products and a desire to learn about new trends and technologies in the industry.
- **Availability**: Must be available for the full contract period (March 1st to November 30th) and be flexible with working hours, including weekends.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
