**Duties**:

- Makes appointments for clients and cancels and/or modifies appointments as necessary.
- Greets clients in a professional manner and with a smile.
- Operate cash register, process payments.
- Complete general opening and closing duties.
- Enforces policies & procedures.
- Assists clients with product purchases and encourages retail sales.
- Assists with closing sales and encourage guests to pre-book services
- Keeps informed and knowledgeable of all Spa services, their times of operation, the facilities, and retail merchandise.
- Helps with daily duties, cleaning, general upkeep, inputting client information, inventory, set up and clean up of treatment rooms, etc.
- Must provide exceptional customer service and identify needs of guests and employees

**Desired Qualifications**:
High School graduate or equivalent.

2 year spa reception experience is REQUIRED

2 year customer service experience is REQUIRED

Interest in the aesthetics industry is REQUIRED

Sales experience is an asset

English language proficiency, verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.

Be proficient in POS systems, spa booking software

Excellent phone communication skills

Knowledge & experience with all Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment

Solid judgment and decision-making skills

Must be able to work independently, as well as a team

Must be able to work weekends, evenings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
