**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Community Management: Engage with our online community across social media platforms to build relationships, address inquiries, and foster a sense of community. Monitor social media channels for feedback, concerns, and opportunities to engage.
- Content Strategy and Production: Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar in Trello that ensures the timely distribution of creative content initiatives across our various go-to-market channels. Manage the creative workflow, including briefs, scheduling, and sign-offs. Experience in the efficient dissemination of content and an understanding of content specifications across all social channels.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal content creators and with other departments (such as sales and product) to ensure a cohesive content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives. Manage external relationships with content creators, freelancers, and other contributors.
- Performance Measurement: Analyze content-related metrics (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, landing pages, and more) to assess the effectiveness of content marketing strategies and implement improvements as needed. Use insights to drive better content creation and distribution.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with content trends, audience preferences, platform best practices, and advancements in technology that can enhance content delivery and engagement.
- Technology Oversight: Maximize our creative tech stack (HubSpot, Hootsuite, WordPress, Trello, Bl.ink, design software), ensuring that tools and technologies effectively support Fobi's content creation needs; this includes maximizing insights, creative output, and team efficiencies.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the tech sector.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a must.
- Expertise in developing creatives to support multi-channel marketing strategies, including social media, paid ads, blogs, websites, podcasts, promo videos, etc.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to successfully manage priorities and multiple projects.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing technologies, including social media management, analytics, and revenue operations platforms.
