**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a **highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager** to engage with our audience, create compelling content, and develop a strong online presence for La Fraise Rose. This is a **part-time, independent contractor** position, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- **Social Media Engagement** - Manage and respond to customer interactions, comments, DMs, and inquiries on **Instagram and Facebook**.
- **Content Creation** - Develop visually stunning and engaging content, including **Reels, Stories, and Static Posts** that align with our luxury brand aesthetic.
- **Content Planning & Posting** - Create a content calendar and schedule regular posts to keep our audience engaged.
- **Social Media Strategy & Marketing Plan** - Develop and execute a **strategic marketing plan** to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- **Social Media Audit** - Assess our current social media performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Brand Growth & Digital Innovation** - Research trends and find innovative ways to improve our digital presence.
- **Marketing Strategy Input** - Collaborate with the owner and manager to provide fresh marketing ideas.
- **Analytics & Reporting** - Track key performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach, conversions) and provide **monthly reports** with insights and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience** - A strong portfolio showcasing successful **social media management, content creation, and engagement strategies** for previous brands or businesses.
- **Strong Understanding of Social Media Trends** - Ability to stay ahead of trends, especially in **luxury gifting, food, and lifestyle brands.**:

- **Content Creation Skills** - Must be able to **shoot and edit engaging Reels, Stories, and posts**. Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- **Excellent Writing & Communication Skills** - Strong attention to detail with **error-free captions, responses, and creative storytelling.**:

- **Data-Driven Mindset** - Ability to analyze social media insights and optimize strategies for growth.
- **Self-Starter & Highly Organized** - Must be proactive, independent, and able to manage deadlines efficiently.
- **Vancouver-based**- Ability to visit our store weekly for content creation.
