Brand Manager

The Brand Manager is an important part of the marketing team responsible for developing the short to midterm tactical plans for the vaccine portfolio. He/she will have daily oversight of activities and implement relevant programs and tactics as part of our differentiation strategy to create meaningful value to our customers. The Brand Manager will have productive relationships with the Sales, Customer Service, Medical, Market Access and other key stakeholders. He/she will understand product performance, program Indicators, customer needs, and new marketing tools and programs.
The Role:
- You will contribute to the strategic planning and brand planning processes for the influenza vaccine portfolio- You will work with Material Copy Clearance (MCC) lead to develop content in collaboration with team members across Medical Affairs, Compliance, Regulatory and Legal- You will manage/track Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budgets together with Finance and procurement to ensure appropriate spend against monthly phasing and established Return on investment.- You will take the initiative with routing projects through Procurement and internal processes to develop task orders, Master Service Agreements, and misc. terms and conditions.- Help with product management activities such as updating user guides, launching products, and managing external partner relationships.- Work with Marketing Communication Manager to develop communications strategy and activity plan for target segments / customers.- You will work with the Marketing Operations Manager to manage promotional material inventory, and expiry dates of promotional material and re-validates/re-orders.- You will ensure company websites are up to date and complaint with company policies, together with Office Manager- Support brand activities with advocacy groups, professional societies, and policymakers to promote brand differentiation.- Partner with Global and US Marketing to use best practices.- Develop KPIs and measure the impact of programs on revenue (Return on investment) and other goals.- Deliver oral and written communications, develop and make presentations to commercial management, the sales, and other internal groups.- Engage with the sales / CS to ensure selling tools are updated and allocated properly.- Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure the customer experience is consistent with the brand promise.- You will collaborate with sales team to monitor competitive intelligence and competitor activities and make appropriate recommendations.- You will coordinate CME activities with key stakeholders at a national and regional level.- You will plan and implement other HCP educational activities together with Medical Affairs- You will support basic market research activities including field sales and customer interviews/surveys to determine deployment of marketing projects and promotions.- You will provide relevant information on market dynamics, buying processes and competitive intelligence for pre-launch or launched products including information for any bids on private contracts and public tenders.- Conduct Market Research.
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelors' degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline- 5+ years experience in Sales/Marketing in the Pharmaceutical Industry. (Vaccine experience is ideal)Our Benefits
