Nieltech Services is an underground infrastructure services company based out of Cambridge that specializes in CCTV, sewer grouting & manhole rehabilitation that has been in business for 37 years.

We are looking for experienced Grout and CCTV operators to join our Fast Growing Company. We are seeking qualified operators to work between 45-55 hours per week. The selected applicants will report to our Cambridge location.

**Skills & Qualifications (Any of the below experience is an asset)**
- Experience as a CCTV Operator - PACP certified
- Experience as a Grout Truck Operator
- Experience as a CIPP Operator
- G or higher drivers licence (DZ an asset)
- Clean driving record/abstract
- Industry software knowledge
- Confined Space training and experience
- Strong practical, technical skills
- Self-organizing and able to multi-task
- Mechanically inclined
- Experience dealing directly with customers
- Strong communication and team skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work on job sites outside for long periods

**Duties**
- Meeting or exceeding production goals
- Daily communication with the office and field staff
- Completing mandatory daily paperwork
- Maintain & troubleshoot equipment
- Work in all weather conditions
- Ability to read and understand mapping, maximizing production through efficiency
- Travel/Stay out of Town maybe required (Majority of our work is home daily)
