**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate administrative services
- Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Interview, hire and provide training for staff
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Manage events
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect company assets.
- Oversee the surveillance systems, including CCTV, ensuring they are operational and effective in monitoring premises.
- Conduct regular assessments of security risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.
- Lead investigations into security incidents, thefts, or breaches of protocol.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed to address security concerns.
- Train and supervise security personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Prepare reports on security activities, incidents, and trends for management review.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a security management role or similar position within law enforcement or corporate security.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance technologies, including CCTV systems.
- Experience in loss prevention strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
