District Service Manager

The District Service Manager (DSM)
supports their assigned district working remotely and reports directly to the
Executive Director of Service for their geographical region. This position
serves as the central focal point for the district's service operations within
a specific geographic area by communicating and implementing the short
- and
long-range objectives for their assigned district. This position oversees
the scheduling and training of the service team. The DSM develops methods,
guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. The DSM
ensures all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions along with considering alternative and diverse perspectives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, and time management skills.
- Strong project management skills strongly preferred.
- Proficiency on PC multiple operating systems strongly preferred.
- Strong budgetary skills strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to understand, remember and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to select, lead, evaluate, and develop employees.
- Ability to work as an integral part of a team.
- B.S. degree in business or related field, and 3-5+ years of one or more of the following: hardware, electro-mechanical, robotic, and software customer service experience including maintenance and repairing equipment, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of previous supervisory experience required.
- Travel: - This position requires moderate travel in the United States and Canada.
