**Position Overview**

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to clients as assigned
- Assist in efforts to produce new installation documentation
- Read mechanical and electrical drawings
- Remotely diagnose and provide instructions to correct defective machine parts
- Assist in procurement of replacement parts
- Work with team to implement product improvement initiatives
- Assist with pre-production tasks such as procurement, compiling documents and creating simple schematics

**Qualifications**:

- Electrical/technical abilities and experience
- Attention to detail
- Effective communications skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliability and punctuality

**Education and Experience**
- High school or equivalent
- Two years in mechanical role or hands-on trade preferred
- Experience in elevator industry an asset
