**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in commercial spaces.
- Utilize various cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle heavy lifting as required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are safe and functional.
- Operate hand tools safely while performing cleaning duties when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and overall facility upkeep.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
