Regina, Canada GoodDoors Property Management Full time

**Description**:
GoodDoors Property Management is looking for a Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner is to assist in every aspect of keeping a property clean and prepping it for the next tenant. The Cleaner will work alongside our Residential Property Manager(s) to ensure property cleanliness is maintained to the highest standard.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Inspecting properties to check for cleanliness and prepare for new tenant move-ins;
- Thoroughly cleaning interiors of properties after a tenant moves out;
- Landscaping including snow removal and grass cutting;
- Maintain an organized scheduling and tracking system to effectively complete all cleaning requests promptly and in the order by which they were received or by the level of urgency;
- Tracking hours and detailing records related to work;
- Taking direction from Team Members for the scope of work;
- Tracking and uploading invoices to our back office;
- Purchasing effective and affordable cleaning supplies and equipment;
- Following and monitoring a budget for each rental property and;
- Driving to and from various locations throughout the city.

Qualifications:

- Individuals with prior experience with professional residential cleaning are preferred
- A driver’s license and a vehicle are required
- Smart Phone is required
- Hours**:30-40 hours per week**

Compensation:

- $20.00 - $23.50 / hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.50 per hour
