**Role Overview**:
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the **Paid Media Manager** (Performance Marketer) plays a crucial role in areas of customer acquisition, paid media management, and digital advertising strategy across both B2C and B2B areas of our business. This role is responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across various online platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads, that support our overall revenue and pipeline goals.

The Paid Media Manager will collaborate with a team of marketers and cross-functionally to drive growth for CFI.

**What To Expect**:

- Develop, plan, and execute tactics across paid user acquisition channels including SEM, paid social, display, and retargeting.
- Monitor and optimize ongoing performance factors such as keywords, audiences, placements, locations, and messaging to improve results.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to continuously seek opportunities to improve ROAS and lower CAC.
- Partner with our Graphic Designer to continuously improve our creatives and implement a creative testing strategy.
- Partner with our Web Designer to create effective post-click landing pages.
- Work closely with our Manager of Marketing Operations and Analytics and data team to accurately measure the impact of paid media ($ value generated and the contributed percentage of the overall business revenue targets).
- Recommend strategic optimization opportunities around digital media, new channels, placements, creatives, and messaging.
- Lead A/B tests for various channels, ad formats, creatives, and bid optimizations.
- Create and own monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for paid media channels, highlighting successes and recommendations for future improvements.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to industry best practices and privacy policies.
- Develop, track, and report on KPIs via OKRs.

**Who You Are**:

- You have 5+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years of experience in paid media or demand generation roles.
- You have deep knowledge and hands-on experience with major ad platforms, especially Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- You like getting your hands dirty with hands-on implementation, management, measurement, and optimization of paid media campaigns with B2B and B2C products.
- You have a successful track record of planning and launching paid media campaigns and the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements.
- You can effectively communicate cross-functionally across all levels of management, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You are extremely data-driven and committed to experimenting toward measurable results. You have experience leveraging a wide variety of tools for growth, including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Tableau.
- You have strong copywriting skills and an eye for high-performing creatives.
