EHT Group is a unique company operating in the oil, gas, chemical and mining industries and developing a proprietary software solution to visualize and leverage electrical heat trace data designed to bring new thinking to electrical heat trace management and support. EHT Group has over 15 years of electrical heat trace experience and is one of the first companies in Canada to use AI and machine learning, dedicated to exploring and improving electrical heat trace systems.
This year, EHT Group has launched multiple SaaS platforms to manage heat tracing infrastructure and the impact is far greater than we could have expected. This opportunity is providing a new way for facilities to manage and maintain their heat tracing.

Headquarted in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, we offer both in office and remote work environments with flexible working hours.
**Role Summary**:
EHT Group is actively seeking an experienced Marketing Executive. This role is an integral part of a B2B SaaS marketing team designed to propel our growth forward and take our online communities to the next level. You will develop strategic marketing strategies which requires a leadership mentality - someone who can not only create the strategy, but also successfully run it. You will work on managing all social channels and building new communities as a thought leader. You will also support our sales teams with digital and video content creation.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead EHT Group’s strategy and activation plan for enterprise targets, while ensuring alignment with revenue growth objectives.
- Create and run integrated marketing campaigns that both educate and excite prospects within enterprise accounts.
- Work collaboratively across marketing and sales to align targets, messaging, channels and calls to action to create a seamless experience for buyers.
- Generate and rigorously test campaign strategies and effectively use buyer intent data to inform account prioritization.
- Actively monitor and report on campaign performance across relevant KPIs and present insights acquired from each campaign
- Design and champion best practices to drive Go-to-Market excellence and showcase to the lead generation team
- Be a key stakeholder for the sales and marketing leadership team.
- Co-manage the marketing budget

Skill Requirements
Ideally you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in account management or sales experience
- Experience with product marketing
- 3+ years of experience in social media, community management and digital marketing and the ability to show your results on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. Strong knowledge of marketing and the B2B space and experience with managing a YouTube channel would be a big bonus.
- Experience creating video for social and production ability both behind and in front of the camera and have a portfolio of video samples you’ve created. Curious and attentive to breaking trends, memes, and viral content.
- CRM experience; specifically Hubspot is ideal.
