We are seeking a **Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator** (also known as Marketing Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator, or Digital Marketing Specialist) to join our Calgary team.

This role is a blend of **digital marketing, creative design, and production support**. You will not only manage campaigns, content creation, and social media but also handle **design coordinator tasks** that are crucial to our product customization process. This includes **pre-press preparation**, creating virtual proofs, adjusting client logos for production, and developing designs for branded merchandise.

You will work closely with our account managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure brand consistency, high-quality visuals, and timely delivery of marketing and promotional materials.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing & Content Creation**
- Write blog posts, newsletters, and social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts to grow brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including analytics tracking.
- Integrate social channels with WordPress websites.
- Brainstorm creative ideas to expand marketing reach and engagement.
- Support trade shows, exhibits, and corporate events.

**Graphic Design & Pre-Press**
- Create and edit designs for promotional products using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Prepare **virtual proofs** for client approval.
- Alter and adapt client logos for use on different products and imprint methods.
- Ensure artwork meets supplier and production specifications for printing, embroidery, engraving, and other decoration processes.
- Develop original product mockups and layout concepts when required.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries for internal and client use.

**Client Communication & Support**
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Provide guidance to clients on social media best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure artwork approvals and brand guidelines are met.
- Perform administrative and project coordination tasks related to marketing and design.

**Qualifications**
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (pre-press or print production experience is an asset).
- Knowledge of branding guidelines, file formats, and resolution requirements for print and digital media.
- Interest in technology, trends, and new marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Preferred skills: photography, e-commerce product trends, WordPress.

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
