**PearFiction Studios is looking for an experienced Game Project Manager to lead one of our highly talented game production team. You will lead and manage the daily work of your dedicated game team, be responsible for the creation of your casino games, from concepts to launch. Your responsibilities will focus on making sure that your team delivers state-of-the-art casino games. You’ll develop and maintain effective relationships with your team member, ensure that games are delivered in time and on budget, manage risks, issues and changes, and suggest processes improvements.**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Lead the game productions in your dedicated team, managing multiple games, across all phases of production
- Work with the Game Producer to create and maintaining the game related documentations including the high level design schematics, game design document (GDD), and detailed game specification document (GSD)
- Liaison with Lead Game Artists, Art Directors, Mathematicians, Game Producers, and the Production Manager to ensure the game is produced according to the agreed vision
- Manage your team daily tasks, back-logs, sprints, reviews, following our workflow and processes
- Track all tasks for creating assets, code, and deliverables for a game to make sure it’s delivered on time per our game pipeline schedule and milestone deliveries
- Liaise with the Production Manager to facilitate post-mortems, feedback sessions, and team gameplay sessions aimed at improving the game and ensuring quality
- Liaise with the Production Manager to coordinate the quality assurance, certification, and translation processes of the games
- Use Jira to measure the team performance and resource capacity ensuring that team output is always optimal
- Deliver games on time and on budget, by optimizing the team development process and performance
- Research, play, and study casino games to stay up-to-date with market trends and competition

**Essential experience**:

- 3+ years as a Project Manager, Production Coordinator, or Technical Coordinator within the wider gaming industry, i.e. anything from PC gaming to mobile to casino games
- Great understanding of casino games and real money gaming compliance, jurisdictions, trends, and regulatory bodies
- Strong track-record of managing project teams with successful production of games or projects
- Understanding online casino game development, with focus on optimizing games for all platforms, both regarding file size and performance
- Highly organized, experienced in running multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines
- Passionate in whatever you do and want to make a difference in the iGaming Industry
- Experience with MS Project, Confluence/JIRA
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership attitude and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to adapt

**Desirable experience**:

- Slot Nerd or Casino Game Geek
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and stay abreast of online casino game trends and developments/standards
- Good knowledge of Casino Game Mathematics
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
