We are looking for an experienced, creative and driven Marketing Assistant to work closely with our Marketing team to help lead and create new marketing initiatives. Our ideal team member will have exceptional skills in the following areas: team leadership, communication and project management. They would also have strong skills and experience in creative writing, graphic design/Canva as well as adaptability with software programs. We are looking for someone who can work within set brand guidelines and follow an established marketing plan, while adding a creative flair. A portfolio of work is requested with each applicant. **Medical spa marketing/graphic design experience is considered an asset.**

Your position will involve working with the marketing team as well as all four divisions of True Balance to bring marketing initiatives to completion.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about the beauty industry & the services we offer
- Able to work in a collaborative setting
- Exceptional creative writing and content creation skills
- Exceptional graphic design skills, adaptable to brand guidelines
- Proven Canva / video editing experience & portfolio
- Ability to reflect brand identity and voice through written content
- 2+ years of content creating experience in a professional setting
- Experience with Wordpress/website hosting
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Ability to adapt to new software/programs
- Ability to travel to all True Balance locations periodically: Spruce Grove, St. Albert and Sherwood Park
- Medical spa experience is an asset
