**Opportunity**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage digital marketing efforts and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Minimum of three (3) years of working in progressive marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and trends.
- Strong creative vision with an eye for detail.
- Fluent in writing clear, compelling content that aligns with Company brand and audience interests.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.

**How you will succeed**:
**In the first year, success will be measured by gaining an understanding of the insurance industry and developing a marketing strategy that is aligned with the Company’s goals. This includes identifying target markets, positioning the brand and building brand awareness. Analyzing key metrics and refining strategies based on results are crucial for success as a marketing specialist.**:
