Talent Acquisition Coordinator As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for job candidates and new hires. Guide them through the hiring process and set them up for success—while delivering an outstanding experience. Base pay range CA$26.00/hr Toronto Branch 3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, ON L9T 8L1 This is a temporary position. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM Position Responsibilities Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer candidate questions, and assist new hires with onboarding documents. Conduct candidate pre‑employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records. Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management. Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow‑ups as needed. Assist with and conduct applicant interviews. Provide administrative support, assist with projects, and complete weekly recruiting summaries. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of candidate scheduling and HR or relevant administrative experience.
