Proven track record to deliver exceptional customer service experience.
Strong command of the oral and written English language.
Superior telephone communication ability.
The ability to multi-task and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Computer literacy with: Microsoft Office Suite, CDK Drive & CRM, and DealerMine.
The knowledge and ability to provide clients with the features and benefits of maintaining their vehicle, and provide options to clients at each interaction.
Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset.
Proactively schedule appointments for clients.
Keeping abreast of manufacturers updates and dealership changes.
The Business Development Centre services multiple dealership locations with the goal of building client loyalty within the Queenston Automotive Group. The recently renovated Business Development Centre provides a great environment for the team to operate successfully.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,500.00-$45,500.00 per year
