However, hard work, determination, insurance knowledge and great customer service turned his small business into one of the largest single-office brokerages in Nova Scotia. Today Eisenhauer Insurance is proud to employ 20 skilled and intelligent insurance specialists in addition to the office staff.

**The opportunity**:
We are looking for a full time Personal Lines Broker
- Inbound Sales who is eager to join a growing team.

The incumbent will contribute to the Personal Lines division and work closely with a team to provide exceptional service while meeting sales targets.

**A day in the life**:

- Converting warm inbound leads to new business.
- Building a personal lines book of business.
- Cold-calling to generate leads.
- Problem-solving regarding different coverages, rating, claims, and competition.
- Assisting with marketing of accounts.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external vendors.
- Providing client support throughout the claims process.
- Building relationships with clients and recommending the appropriate coverage to suit their individual needs.
- Maintaining a client portfolio which includes computer filing and company software.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong data entry and typing proficiency.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency using a BMS.

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum two (2) years’ insurance experience.
- Level 1 (PL) P&C license is required.
- CIP, CRM, or another insurance designation is considered an asset.
