Pilates Instructor

## Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading Pilates classes, providing guidance on proper techniques, and creating a positive and supportive environment for clients.

# Duties
- Lead Pilates classes for individuals or groups of varying skill levels
- Educate clients on correct form and techniques during exercises
- Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different fitness levels
- Create personalized workout plans based on clients' goals and abilities
- Demonstrate exercises and routines to help clients improve their strength, flexibility, and posture

# Requirements
- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate clients
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients on proper techniques
- Customer service-oriented approach to ensure client satisfaction
- Proficient in time management to schedule classes effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Korean or Chinese

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 50 per week
