**Job Title: Pilates Instructor**

**Job Summary:**  
We are seeking a passionate and certified Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Pilates classes, guiding students of all levels in proper technique, and promoting overall strength, flexibility, and wellness. The instructor should create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment that encourages student engagement and progress.

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- Design and lead engaging Pilates classes for individuals or groups at varying skill levels.
- Demonstrate and guide students through various Pilates exercises, core strengthening routines, and flexibility techniques.
- Modify exercises and routines to accommodate students with different abilities or physical limitations.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to ensure safe practice and proper form.
- Foster a positive and inclusive class atmosphere that supports physical and mental well-being.
- Encourage students to maintain a consistent training routine and provide guidance for improvement.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and organized.
- Stay updated with the latest Pilates trends, techniques, and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with students, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while upholding a professional image.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**  
- Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognized training program.
- Previous experience teaching Pilates classes preferred.
- Strong knowledge of different Pilates exercises, core conditioning, and flexibility techniques.
- Ability to adapt classes to meet the needs of different skill levels and physical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and movement.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
