**Must Be Able to Work Directly with NTT Data**

**Position Description**:
**Tasks may include but are not limited to the following**:

- User research and analysis.
- Personas.
- Usability tests facilitation, plans, and results.
- Process flows.
- Journey maps.
- Customer experience maps.

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- User research:

- Understanding user needs.
- Developing detailed user personas.
- Developing test plans and facilitating usability test sessions.
- Conducting user interviews.
- Analysing and developing information architectures.
- Developing process flows and journey maps based on user research.
- UX and Accessibility Maturity model.
- Understand WCAG guidelines
- Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS
- Have college diploma or university degree in an IT discipline.
- Have minimum 5 years experience within the last 7 years in managing and delivery User Experience deliverables

**Nice to Have**:

- Interaction design:

- Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Designing intuitive navigation paths and interaction flows.
- Visual design: creating aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces; designing for diverse audiences.
- Experience with various design tools for prototyping and collaboration (Figma, Axure, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
- Public Sector experience
