Ecommerce Order Processor

Our growing company is looking to fill the role of an Ecommerce Order Processing Representative. Please review the list of qualifications and responsibilities. We look forward to reviewing your resume.

**Responsibilities for Order Processing**
- Process orders according to department guidelines and policies
- Troubleshoot problems related to questions and concerns over orders
- Performs administrative functions such as answering incoming calls and placing calls
- Meet quality, productivity and turnaround time
- Enter tracking for Retailers
- Identifying back orders/ out of stock items
- Answer phone calls from customers and retailers, greet walk in customers providing courteous and knowledgeable responses
- Process warranties, parts, returns orders
- Respond to parts inquiries

**Qualifications for Order Processing**
- Experience in order entry or processing orders
- Great Typing Skills with accuracy
- Excellent communication skills along with customer service skills
- Ability to actively participate as a team player
- Identify high priority items and adjust workflow as required
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner based on product availability
- Detail oriented and strong initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
