**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Utilize effective communication skills to promote products and services, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills by maintaining product displays and keeping the sales floor tidy.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide support for technology sales, helping customers understand product features and benefits.
- Maintain phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Organizational skills that enable efficient multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting products to increase sales performance.
- Basic technology knowledge is beneficial for assisting customers with tech-related inquiries.
