**AGR Construction General Labourer**

We are a small company who prides themselves on superior workmanship. Working along with award winning renovation General Contractors focused on high quality residential and commercial building and renovations in the Kitchener-Waterloo Area.

We are currently looking for a reliable individual to help on sites with a wide variety of tasks, including demolition, clean-up, framing, drywall install, and more. Lift, sort and move materials on the construction site. Operate basic power tools and/or equipment, as assigned

Experience an asset but, isn't necessary. A great opportunity to learn a new trade or advance your skill set

This position is full-time and permanent with plenty of opportunity to grow with the company.

Hiring a general labourer who would like to be enrolled in Carpenter Apprentice program.

**Requirments**:

- Own transportation with valid driver license
- Own safety equipment (hard hat, boots, etc.)
- Reliable
- Dependable
- Hardworking with an ability to Multi task in fast paced renovations
- Positive attitude and someone who is open to learning new skills

**The following skills would be an asset**:
1. Ministry certified working at Heights Training

2. First Aid/CPR

3. Fall Arrest

**Regular hours 7:30 am to 5 pm**

**Must be willing to work out of town if needed, 4 days a week either Sunday night to Thursday or Tuesday am to Friday pm**

**PayScale between $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience.**
